Spaghetti Bolognese

Simple quick minced meat dish from Italian cuisine. It tastes best when made from fresh ingredients. You don't need any semi-finished products or any powders to cook this recipe quickly.

Prepare sauce base
Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the olive oil in a pot and slowly fry the onions until golden. Add the paprika powder and deglaze with vinegar and the pulp, add the spices
Add the minced meat
Add the meat in portions. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Reduce the temperature, cover with a lid and let the meat sauce simmer slowly. Stir frequently so that it doesn't burn.
Finish with whipped cream
Salt the water and bring it to the boil in a pot, cook the spaghetti until al dente and strain using a sieve. Add the whipped cream, stir well and let it steep for another five minutes at a reduced temperature.
