Pork roulades with ham-asparagus filling

Tender pork roulades filled with ham and asparagus. The asparagus is only briefly blanched, the meat is then infused with the asparagus stock and steamed softly. A hearty yet very elegant main course for many festive occasions

Blanch the asparagus in water. Plate the meat equally with the meat mallet.
fill the meat
Cover it with the half of the cream cheese, ham and asparagus and wrap it.
fix it
Fix the roulade with kitchen twine and turn it into flour.
fry the meat
Heat oil in the pan, fry the meat slowly on all sides.
steam untli its finished
Add asparagus broth to the meat stock and steam the rolls in it until its cooked.
add cream cheese
Bevore serving add the cream cheese.
