Spicy tuna spread is the main ingredient in this canapé recipe. They are decorated with tomato slices, anchovies and cucumbers. These bread rolls should be served as fresh as possible, so that the spread does not dry out and the white bread does not soften too much.

Preparing the tuna spread
Peel, halve, cut and finely chop the onion. Cut the gherkin and also chop it finely. Strain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Stirring it together with the base until it's smooth. Add the sliced vegetables and spices.

Wash and slice the tomatoe. Wash the lettuce leaves, pluck and dry them. Cut the baguette into eight slices. Cover them with spread base, add salad and a slice of tomato. Dress the tuna spread on the rolls with the help of an injection bag.
