Preparing the potatoes
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into pieces.
Adding water
Heat the fat in two pots, fry the yellow potatoes in one pot and the violet potatoes in the other. Add water or soup, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg and cook them until they are soft.
