Sometimes one single sausage remains and one does not know what to do with it. For several people it is probably not enough. How about scrambled eggs with frying sausage? It's easy for beginners or hungry people if it time is short.

Cutting the vegetables
Peel the onion and cut it into strips. Wash the red peppers, cut them in halves and remove the core casing. Chop them thinly. Cut the bratwurst into thin slices. Wash and chop the chives.
Adding the egg
Heat the oil in apan, sauté the onions and sausage. Whip the egg and mix it with a tablespoon of milk. Add the peppers and the sausage fry the mixture. Finally, pour the egg over the sausage and heat it until it's cooked.
Scrambled eggs with frying sausage
Serve the bratwurst-egg-dish on warm plates or directly in the hot pan garnished with chives. This dish goes well with buns, black bread or salad.
