Apple syrup

Apples already fallen from the tree, which can no longer be stored, can be processed to a wonderful apple syrup. It tastes mixed with water, but also refines tea. It is simply prepared in a saucepan and bottled in well sealed, sterilized bottles it's durable for a few weeks.

Cutting the apples
Wash the apples, remove the bruises and cut the apples into pieces. The core case does not need to be removed. Put them in a steamer, sprinkle syrup sugar and citric acid over it.
Boiling the apples
Add water to the boiling pot, place the steamer with the apples in it, seal it and bring it to a boil. Turn off the plate and wait until it's all cooked down.
Apple juice
Remove the stew and spices from the juice and bring them to a boil again.
Bottling
Fill the hot apple juice in bottles.
Apple syrup
Close the bottles well and store the apple syrup in a cool and dark place.
