Chicken wings with orange and coconut

Roasted chicken wings taste very good. In this recipe they are coated with honey and orange marinade, sprinkled with coconut flakes and fried in the oven. They taste good as a main course or as finger food for many occasions.

fry the chicken win
Heat the pan, put the chicken wings in the pan whithout oil, fry them on both sides slowly.

peel the orange and the lemon, cut the peel with the nife. Pass them over the chicken wings.
mix the marinade
Heat the ofen to 180°C. Squeeze the orange and the lemon. Mix together the spices, the pressed garlic and the fruit juice.
spread with marinade
Spred the chicken wings with the half of the marinade.
sprinkle with coconut flakes
Sprinkle the half of the coconut flakes over the chicken wings. Roast them for ten minutes in the Ofen.

Turn the chicken wings, spred it with the marinade and the coconut flakes. Fry them until they're done.
