Handmade pasta with ham

In Austria we love "Fleckerl". These are small square noodles. We mix the noodles whith fried ham cut into small pieces. Its so easy to prepare and you will love this typical viennese dish.
instructions
cut the ham
Heat saltet water in a pot. Cut onions, garlic, ham and red pepper in small pieces. Coarsely chop parsley.
fry the ham
Heat oil in the pan, fry onions, garlic, ham and pepper.
cook the noddles
Cook the noodles in the boiling water for six minutes.
strain the pasta
strain the pasta and mix it whith the garlic and the fried ham.

Serve the handmade pasta with fried ham and sprinkle it with parsley.
