Flatten the bread with your hands.

Fill the bread with the strawberries and roll it up tightly.
dunk in the egg
Dunk the strawberryrolls in the egg.
fry in the pan
Place the rolls in the pan and slowly fry until golden brown on all sides. Lift out of the fat and drain on paper towels.
