Wachauer Apricot Pancakes

The Austrian region Wachau is not only famous for viticulture, but also for apricots. Their scent, their special taste are very popular and the name "Wachau apricot" is a protected designation of origin. In this simple and very tasty recipe, the pieces of fruit are caramelized, stuffed into tender pancakes and served garnished with chocolate sauce.
