These shortbread tarts are juicy pieces of dessert. Classic filling of apples, raisins, cinnamon and sugar. The processing of the shortcrust pastry requires some patience. For this, you can also use prepared shortcrust pastry. This dessert is very easy to prepare.

Preparing the filling
Make a shortcrust pastry out of flour, butter, icing sugar and the egg and let the dough chill in the fridge.Wash, peel and halve the apples, remove the cores and cut them into small pieces. Add the gelling sugar, the juice of a lemon, the vanilla sugar, some cinnamon and the raisins. Heat two tablespoons of water in a pot, add the apples and stir well. After one minute, remove the mixtrue from the heat and let it cool.
Rolling out the dough
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out circles. Spray the baking molds with baking release spray and sprinkle them with flour.
Covering the molds
Cover the prepared molds using the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
