Basic recipe for a Biscuit-Cake, which can be treated further on with different fillings.

Beating the eggs
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Cover up the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper. Separate the eggs and beat them with the sugar combined at the highest level with the mixer. Slowly add the oil.
Adding the flour
Mix the flour with the salt and lift it under the dough.
Filling in the dough
Fill in the dough and spread it all smooth and evenly using a dough card. Let it bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to run the cooking test. If no dough is sticking anymore to the toothpick, the cake is done.
Biscuit-Cake
Carefully loosen the edge immediately using a sharp knife. Put it on a cake plate and allow to cool down before further processing.
