Stirring cream cheese
Put QimiQ and butter in a bowl and stir it until it's smooth using a whisk. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise and season it all with salt and pepper.

The spread base can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days. Always keep it with cling film or in a closed container.
