A cake with an exotic touch. Banana pulp, Bounty-pieces added to the sponge dough and coconut flakes as garnish let this cake become the star of every cake buffet. The recipe developed as a leftover using recipe. Very ripe bananas are needed and good for this recipe that mostly nobody wants to eat them any more. Preparatory work
