Peeling tomatoes

Beschreibung
If tomatoes are blanched briefly in boiling water, they can be peeled easily afterwards.
Zubereitung
Carving them crosswise
Bring warm water in a panto a boil. Wash the tomatoes and carve the skin crosswise on the underside.
Blanching the tomatoes
Put the tomatoes in the boiling water and blanch them until the skin begins to peel off.
Peeling the tomatoes
Take the tomatoes out of the water with a spoon, allow them to cool down slightly and then, peel off the skin.
