Sprinkling work surface with flour

For rolling out doughs with the rolling pin, work surfaces are sprinkled with flour. It should be noted that not too much flour should be used, otherwise the ingredients ratios will be falsified. Again, the principle applies: less is more. If the dough sticks anyway, it can be carefully loosened with a pallet and using that tool, further flour can be shoven under the dough.
