Tender pork roulades filled with ham and asparagus. The asparagus is only briefly blanched, the meat is then infused with the asparagus stock and steamed softly. A hearty yet very elegant main course for many festive occasions

Blanch the asparagus in water. Plate the meat equally with the meat mallet.
