Strawberry yoghurt

Try yogurt with fresh strawberries. No ready-made product tastes so incomparably good. Whipped cream adds some extra creaminess to this fruit yoghurt. It is very easy to prepare and can be kept well chilled for about one day.

Preparing the strawberries
Wash the strawberries under running water. Use a knife to remove the green stems and cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.

Marinating the strawberries
Put the strawberries in a bowl, add sugar and orange juice. Let them stand for ten minutes and stir gently several times.
Adding the yoghurt
Add the yoghurt the strawberries, stir gently and let them chill for 20 minutes.
Strawberry yoghurt
Beat the cream until it's stiff and put half of it to the yoghurt. Stir gently. Divide the strawberries into glasses, garnish them with the rest of the cream and then, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
