Strawberry slices with curd cream

Strawberries are very popular fruit. Their red color and flavour sweeten the spring. They are often used for desserts. These strawberry slices are easy to bake. All those who are in a hurry can also use ready-made biscuit bottoms. They are filled with cream of curd, sugar and cream, topped with strawberries and covered with red jelly. It fits as a dessert, for afternoon coffee, for every celebration and especially for Mother's Day.

Mixing the cream
Stir the cream, add the cream stabilizer and beat it until it's stiff. Stir the curd with sugar and vanilla sugar until it's smooth and fold in the cream.

Adding the jam
Boil the strawberry jam and spread it on the floors.

Put the cream in a freezer bag, cut off the top and sprinkle two-thirds of the cream evenly on the first biscuit strip.

Place the second biscuit strip with the jam side down on the cream, press gently and spread the edge using a spatula.

Brush the top of the slices with strawberry jam. Spray a strip with the remaining cream on both sides. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Cook the cake jelly according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow it to cool while stirring constantly. Cut the strawberries into even slices. Slowly spread the jelly with a spoon over the dessert.

Incise smaller strawberries with the vegetable knife and carefully pull them to a fan. Put them into the cake jelly.

Measure the dessert and mark every six centimeters. So you can put a strawberry fan in the middle of each piece. Covered with the jelly, the strawberry fans are fixed after cooling. Keep the dessert cold for at least 180 minutes.
Strawberry slices with curd cream
Cut the dessert on the markings into slices. Use a sharp knife while dipping it repeatedly into hot water. Garnish them with pistachio pieces.
