This delicious dish is prepared from meat loaf. It tastes good as a main course, snack or finger food for the party buffet
instructions
prepare filling
Peel onions and garlic , cut them. Cut the herbes like parsley, lemon balm, mustard, chives. Heat a spoonful of oil, fry garlic and onion quickly. Mix together cream cheese, herbs, and fried onion.

Brush the meat with the filling, wrap it.
coat with bread crumbs
Prepare the flour, the egg mixture and the crumbs separately in plates or bowls. Put the meat first into flour, then the egg and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs. Lightly press and remove the surplus crumbs.

Heat Oil in the pan. Carefully place the meat in the hot fat and let them bake slowly on all sides until they are golden-yellow.
