instructions
put meat in boiling water
fill pot half with water
add spices, pared onion and cloves of garlic and heat it up
wash meat and put in boiling water
cut vegetables
wash vegetables, clean with vegetable knife and finely chop them
boil meat for approx. 40 minutes
cook the vegetables
10 minutes before end of cooking time, one can test meat by putting fork in, it should already remove itself from fork
add vegetables and cook soft in meat stock
horseradish ready
Put meat slices on preheated plates
Cover meat with root system
Douse with soup
At last besprinkle with horseradish and chopped parsely
