Sweet potato sticks with herbs

Sweet potatoes fried with herbs as low carb main course or as accompaniment to vegetables or meat dishes. With a dip from the fried sweet potato sticks is a vegan healthy snack.
instructions
Cut sweet potato into strips
Peel the onion and cut into strips, peel the garlic and finely chop. Wash the rosemary and the thyme. Wash and peel the sweet potato and cut into thick chopsticks.
Sauté the sweet potatoes
Preheat oven to 180 °. Heat the oil in the pan and brown the onions together with the sweet potatoes until they are golden brown. Add rosemary and thyme, salt, pepper and pour in water. Bake in medium baking pan. The liquid should evaporate.
Chop the herbs roughly
Rinse the herbs with water, drain, pluck and roughly chop.
Sweet potato sticks with herbs
Remove the sweet potato sticks from the pipe and sprinkle them with the chopped herbs.
