Spicy tuna spread is the main ingredient in this canapé recipe. They are decorated with tomato slices, anchovies and cucumbers. These bread rolls should be served as fresh as possible, so that the spread does not dry out and the white bread does not soften too much.

Peel, halve, cut and finely chop the onion. Cut the gherkin and also chop it finely. Strain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Stirring it together with the base until it's smooth. Add the sliced vegetables and spices.
