Asparagus-omelete with ham

The asparagus omelettei be prepared very easily and quickly. This light egg-dish suits many occasions. The cooked asparagus is added to the ham omelette. Grated Parmesan causes it to be even tastier.

Stirring the egg mixture
Cut the ham into small cubes. Separate the eggs. Mix the flour with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Add the yolks and the ham cubes. Slowly heat the oil in the pan.
Adding eggwithes
Beat the egg white with the whisk until it's a firm and creamy snow. Use the dough card to lift the snow under the egg mass.
Filling the omelet
Pour the dough into the pan and let it set slowly. The omelete can be covered with a lid for about five minutes. Put the asparagus on top of the omelet and spread the parmesan over it.
Finishing the omelet
Fold the asparagus omelet with the help of the kitchen friend and fry it gently on both sides for three minutes.
