Tree cake tips

Layer cake is made from dough with a lot of marzipan and eggs. It is baked layer by layer. If the top layer is browned, the next one is spread over and over again it until the dough is completely used up. The tree cake is cut into triangles, glazed and decorated with white chocolate.
instructions
Stirring foamy the marzipan
Preheat the oven to 200 °, cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Stir the butter, add the cut marzipan and stir until it's foamy. Separate the eggs and gradually add them to the marzipan with the icing sugar. Continue with stirring and finally add the cornstarch.
Adding egg whites
Beat the egg whites in a bowl until it's a creamy snow. Add the granulated sugar and continue beating. Mix the flour with lemon flavor and salt. Fold in the snow and flour alternately using the dough card.
Spreading the dough
Spread the dough thinly on the baking tray, bake it in the oven on the top rail until the first layer is browned.
Baking the dough
Spread the next layer of dough and repeat the baking process until the whole dough is used up.
Cutting triangles
Cut the dough into strips, then into squares and finally into triangles.
Glaze the cookies
Melt the chocolate couverture, mix it with coconut oil and glaze the tree cake tips with it. Melt white chocolate, put it in a disposable injection bag and decorate the pastry with it. Let the cookies dry in a cool place.
