Cutting beetroot
Peel the boiled potatoes. Cut the beetroot and potatoes into three-centimeter cubes. Add all cut ingredients to the dressing.
Mixing the salad
Mix the herring salad well using a spoon.

Keep the herring salad with beetroot chilled until it's served. The salad can also be prepared the day before, so it tastes even better.
