Fried camembert, so easy to prepare

Fried camembert is so delicious. It's very easy to DIY, you don't have to use pre-breaded cheese from the refrigerated section. You know what's in the breading and you can give the cheese even more flavor, making it a real treat. It is fried in hot fat until crispy. A green salad goes particularly well with this and of course a spoonful of cranberry jam should not be missing.

bread the camembert
Slowly heat the oil in a deep pan, the cheese should be fried floating. Beat the egg, mix in the milk, salt and pepper. First roll the cheese in the flour, pull it through the egg, drain it, roll it in the breadcrumbs.

Fry the cheese in the pan on both sides until golden brown. Lift out of the fat and drain on kitchen paper.
