Roasting the salmon
Fry half the salmon in butter in a pan, then let it cool.
Preparing the salmon filling
Work together the cooled salmon and the cream cheese using the blender to create a spread. Slice the baguette and coat it with the mixture.
Garnish the canapés
Pluck the salad. Drape the salmon slices and the salad on the slices loosely and garnish them with a sprig of dill. Dissolve the cake jelly in water with a dash of vinegar and glaze over the salmon canapés. Refrigerate them until serving.
