Fruity raspberry jam is suitable as spread but also as stuffing for pies and cakes.
instructions
mix raspberries with canning sugar
carefully wash raspberries with sieve under cold water
pot them into bowl and mix with canning sugar and a cooking spoon
let it simmer for 30 minutes
boil jam
Put fruit mix in a pot
Boil it up on stove
Reduce temperature
Let it cook for approx. 5 mintues whilst stirring
Skimm off foam with slotted spoon
Tip: Add a glass of white rum at the end of the cooking time. This adjuncts a special note to the jam.

put them upside down so that glasses are closed airtight
this jam should be stored chilly for a few days after opening.
Recommendation: The 2:1 sugar does not turn this jam too sweet. This jam is perfectly appropriate as spread for breakfast. Also try to fill pies or cakes with it. Stirred in yoghurt, it represents a quick dessert.
