The Serbian bean soup is a popular dish of Balkanküche, but it is offered in variations also with us. in the Pasulj come garden beans, peppers, onions, root vegetables, garlic, meat, and regional spices. It is very easy to prepare and warm up. This soup is also good for the low carb diet, because it contains meat and beans, so it comes without carbohydrates.

cut the meat
Open the can and strain the beans. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into small pieces. Peel, cut and finely chop the onion and the garlic.
Decant the soup mixture
Fry the fat in a pan, sauté the bacon, the sliced meat and the onion, peel, clean with vinegar water. Add the parade sauce, beans and spices, bring the soup to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer the soup. Stir again and again. If too much liquid evaporates, the soup is poured again.
