Vegetarian lucky devil cake

The lucky devil cake is a vegetarian bread cake. It is filled with herb- and egg spread, the decoration consists of stuffed eggs. This cake fits the New Year's Eve party, but it would also make a wonderful gift for birthdays. It can be prepared very well.

Mixing the herb spread
Finely chop the chives and parsley. Stir together herbs, mayonnaise, quark and cream cheese until it's a smooth spread and season it with salt and pepper.

Brushing with herb spread
Place the toast and cut it to make a square. If you want to, you can put a baking frame around the bread. Coat the first layer thickly with cream cheese.
Brushing with egg spread
Place a second layer of bread on top and brush with egg spread. Make sure you place the seams differently than before. This creates a uniform brick.
Letting cool the bread cube
Coat the bread with cream cheese all around. Cover the cake with foil and refrigerate it.
Stuffing the eggs
Cut off the lids of the eggs and hollow out the yolk. Stir together the yolks with mayonnaise and curd until it's smooth and fill the eggs with the paste. Halve the tomatoes, remove some of the core and place them on the eggs. At last, put mayonnaise dots on it.

Garnish the lucky devil cake with the stuffed eggs, sliced fruits and vegetables. It is cut like a cake and also eaten like that.
